So i don't know what's up with me this week but the world seems to hate me. For example, a few days i was spray painting some objects for a school project, because i am an idiot i didn't pay attention to which side the cap was pointing to. This resulted in my spray painting graffiti in my face and eyes, so i ran screaming into the house and my roommate was just laughing at me and i kept screaming 'i might be blind!!. Turned out i had closed my eyes on time and i just a a giant copper blotch of paint on my face, i might be setting a trend there. And then, just a few hours ago i was wearing high heels on a very slippery pair of stairs which of course resulted in me falling of the stairs all the way to the bottom. I am left with a bruised butt and ego. And also, winter seems to have decided it might make an appearance after all, i was freezing while taking these pictures (as you can probably tell from my beautiful red hands). It's a pretty simple outfit, but i got this jumper in the mail this weekend and it's perfect for those 'just throw on a jeans and a jumper' kind of days. However i think these cute bracelets from Lana's sieraden give just that extra touch to this otherwise casual look.

 I'm currently sitting in my boyfriend's apartment in Amsterdam having my breakfast, and am really excited cause in a few moments i'm leaving for a really cool shoot. We're shooting the entire series in analog, which is probably going to be a little weird cause we can't look at what we've made haha.. Anyway, shoot, me excited, i'm probably boring you all. This is an outfit i wore a couple of days ago, it was already pretty dark when we went out to shoot these pics but i think they turned out pretty well considering! I haven't worn this blouse as much as i should, so i gave it a spin. I wore it with a dress and shoes that i've had for ages, i love to go back to 'old' things in my wardrobe. What do guys think of the docs, can i pull them off? I think they look really nice with this kind of look! Gotta run now! x

Hey guys! So yesterday i was having a really hard time getting dressed. Do you guys have those days where you end up with a pile of clothes as high as the mount everest on you bed ? In the end i came across this skirt which i've had for a month or two but have never worn, and decided to wear it with two of my new sale purchases (skirt and jumper). Anyway! What i wanted to talk about is my new serie obsession: homeland. My boyfriend raved about this show all the time so I decided to give it a go  and holy **** i'm so happy that i did. I ended up watching two seasons in about 5 days.. it's soooooo good! After every episode i'm like.. how are they going to continue this now!? This weekend i had another shoot with Dilani, it was partly a school assignment but i figured i could just as well shoot an entire editorial. The theme was a mix of pastel's with tougher items and graphic prints. We made the editorial a little bit more interesting by using silver isolation material in interesting shapes in the background, which gives a pretty cool effect. Our model of the day, Quirine from max models was so freaking beautiful! She's worked for many big magazines so it was a real honor to be able to shoot with her. I honestly can't wait to show you guys the result of this shoot, but in the mean time, enjoy these backstage pictures!

Hey guys! I hope you all had a lovely holiday season. I spent the past few days with my boyfriend in Amsterdam. He lives in a student flat in the middle of the city centre and on NYE we went on the roof at midnight and saw all the fireworks over the entire city, it was beautiful! But the end of christmas means another thing, the start of sale season! So far i only picked up one thing which was this amazing bag from Zara, i've been eyeing it for a long time and when i saw it was reduced from 50 to 30 i couldn't resist any longer. I think it looks a bit like a Proenza Schouler bag, which is obviously why i love it so much. I wore it with a casual but edgy outfit, these jeans have been a real staple item ever since i got them, they fit so well, i'd highly recommend them! I'm currently on my way to shop for a shoot i'm styling this weekend, i'm hoping i won't be tempted into buying stuff for myself as well.. or i'll be living off of crackers for the rest of the month.
